Vasili Timofeevich Losev was born in 1934. He holds the well-earned title of Artist of Russian Federation. He he best known as a graphic artist. Graduated from Pensa Art School in 1956. He became a member of the Artists' Union of the USSR in 1967. He lives and works in Voronezh.
